It Started with Complaints About Sofas That Never Got Washed
Our founder, Pak Bayu, used to work as a laundry technician. He often heard customers complain that the sofas and carpets in their homes never felt truly clean despite regular sweeping and vacuuming. From there, Kinclong was born with one extraction washing machine and a simple commitment: arrive on time, and finish the job properly.
Today our team consists of 24 uniformed technicians who handle home cleaning, sofa washing, carpet washing, and moving deep cleans across Semarang and the surrounding areas.
